Was it only a couple of days ago when I mentioned how like an early spring day it was. Totally wishful thinking on my part, but a girl’s got to have her dreams.

Dreams once were about winning the lottery, exotic holidays abroad and don’t forget a nice British racing green Astin Martin. I know I don’t want a lot! and yes it has to be British racing green, I’m female and allowed to be fussy :0))

Bad Husbands & Wandering Minds

Well what a lovely day! If I hadn’t remembered it was January I could  have fooled myself that spring was on its way :0))   It would have been an even better day if I hadn’t had a phone call from Neil half way through poo – hovering, asking if I was missing him now he was back at work.  Talk about rubbing it in, I had noticed that I was back to poo- hovering on my own:0((

Muddy Little Hooligans

Christmas is finally over, Neil has to go back to work tomorrow which is a dam shame as now I have to go back to poo hoovering the paddocks on my own:0((

Emotional Turmoil

My son Charlie survived the zombie holocaust and returned home yesterday with a big grin on his face. He reckons it was a good top up to his degree and now he feels prepared for all eventualities i.e. future Zombie invasions.

Zombie Annihilation

The New Year has begun and at last some dry weather! Hotel Honeyfield can go back to offering bed & breakfast only instead of full board as has been the case for the last week or so.

Before opening the doors we offered a few spa treatments i.e. toe nail trimming, bonnet tidy’s and a quick drink of fasinex to eliminate any chance of fluke in this wet period.
