To say I’m proud and honored is an understatement, I’m dancing!!!
The competition yesterday was really fierce, over a hundred and sixty fleeces were entered and the standard was absolutely amazing throughout all the classes.
Congratulations to everyone who entered and especially those awarded places.
To be awarded Supreme Champion over such competition is what dreams are made of.
Am I happy? just a little bit 🙂
Angelo scored a massive 90.5 to take the title, with the rest of the Honeyfield team coming in just behind with scores in the 80’s.
Angelo taking the title is very important but having all of my show team score so close in marks makes me even prouder.
They are just a sample of the quality of alpacas present, throughout the whole of my herd.
Picking only a few fleeces to send to shows is extremely difficult as they are all so evenly matched, as yesterday’s scores proved yet again.
That’s what makes me truly proud.
